Privacy

This policy explains, in plain English, what RFQIntern does with the documents and data you give us. If anything here is unclear, email hello@rfqintern.com.au.

Your documents stay yours

Any RFQ, statement of requirements, or other document you upload is used solely to generate the analysis you asked for and to display it back to you. We do not sell your documents, share them with third parties, or use them to train AI models — ours or anyone else's.

When your analysis runs, the text of your documents is sent to third-party large language model providers (currently Anthropic and Google via the Lovable AI gateway) for processing. These providers process the content under their standard commercial terms and do not train on it under those terms.

Auto-deletion

Uploaded documents and extracted text are permanently deleted 30 days after upload. Generated reports are retained under your account until you delete them. You can request immediate deletion of any document, report, or your entire account at any time by emailing us — we will action it within 5 business days.

What we store about you

• Your email address, name (if you provide one), and login provider (Google, email/password).
• The filenames and identifiers of analyses you run, plus the resulting reports.
• Basic usage records (credit balance, sign-in events, browser user agent) for security and support.
• Payment records via Stripe. We never see your card number.

What we do not store

• We do not store passwords in plain text.
• We do not use advertising trackers or third-party ad networks.

AusTender data

Comparable contract information is sourced from the Australian Government's public AusTender Contract Notice register. It is public data and is presented for context only.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us. If we ever have an eligible data breach, we will notify affected users promptly, consistent with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
