Terms of Use
Last updated: 25 July 2026
By using RFQIntern you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English on purpose.
What RFQIntern does
RFQIntern takes an Australian Government RFQ you upload, reads it, benchmarks it against public AusTender award data, and produces a structured analysis intended to help bidders prepare a response. The analysis is a decision-support tool — it is not legal, financial, or procurement advice.
Verify before you rely
Reports are generated using AI and public data. Individual facts — comparable contract values, incumbent supplier names, quoted clauses, ANAO references, evaluation criteria — may be incomplete or occasionally incorrect. Always verify a specific claim against its cited source (the underlying RFQ page reference, AusTender CN link, or anao.gov.au link) before including it in a bid or a client-facing document.
Your account and credits
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Free credits, starter packs, and Pro subscriptions are billed as described on our pricing page.
- Pro subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled from your billing page at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- We do not offer refunds for consumed credits. If a report fails to generate due to our error, we will restore the credit.
Acceptable use
Don't use RFQIntern to upload documents you do not have the right to share, to scrape or resell our outputs at scale, or to attempt to circumvent our credit or rate limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Uploaded content
You retain all rights to documents you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process those documents solely to produce and display your analysis, as described in our privacy policy. Uploaded documents and extracted text are permanently deleted after 30 days, or sooner on request.
Availability and changes
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features, pricing, or these terms; material changes will be notified via email or on the site.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RFQIntern's liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost bid opportunities, indirect losses, or decisions you make in reliance on a report without independent verification.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
